Portable Wastewater Treatment Systems

Containerized Wastewater Treatment Plants (CWT) are engineered using two different methods of biological treatment, combined in one process to consistently deliver excellent effluent quality and test reports.

CONTAINERIZED SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS: MOBILE & REMOTE CAMPS

The Treatment Systems are custom built, usually in consultation with the customer, for specific volume requirements, commonly expressed by how many individuals are working the camp and the particular site conditions.

Specific treatment volumes, especially for larger camps with equally larger crews, can be achieved by combining modules.

  • 20 Man Camps – CWT 20
  • 50 Man Camps – CWT 50

Designed for remote sites and harsh climates for use in:

  • Mining industry camps
  • Oil field camps
  • Forestry / logging camps
  • Military mobile camps
  • Emergency stations / camps
  • Anywhere temporary Mobile Wastewater Treatment is needed

About the Model CWT Mobile Wastewater Treatment Plants:

  • The treatment technology used is Extended Aeration-Fixed Growth Media Technology.
  • All powered equipment in the system: pumps, air blowers and UV lights are provided for redundancy.
  • The design is aimed at low maintenance – high efficiency treatment.
  • Our Mobile Treatment Plants can be customized for transport by truck, helicopter or on a barge for easy relocation.
  • The containers are equipped with venting, inside and outside lights, an outside visual alarm and a heater.

The Start-Up Procedures are as Simple as 123:

The power is hooked up to the panels

Inlet pipes to the first chamber (trash tank) are connected

Outlet is connected to the discharge line

MAINTENANCE

As there are no moving parts inside of the several tanks, there will never be any reason to enter areas of the treatment plant that have been in contact with raw sewage or effluent. Any maintenance to the system is done in the heated control room and is restricted to the air blowers, UV lights and the effluent pumps.
